If you are replacing your windows, you must submit for approval.  Frame colors that will be considderd for approval are Almond, Tan, Brown or Black.  Window style may or may not have grids.  Please scroll to the bottom of this page to download and print the Architectural Change Submittal form. 

Approved Paint Colors

As of February 19, 2015, the exterior paint color schemes have been updated with a new color options which are listed below.  If you are considering repainting your home, please verify color selection with management prior to painting.

Approved Garage Door Styles - Guidelines

If you are replacing your garage door and your new garage door will have windows, please be sure that you are using one of the approved window insert designs.  Garage doors are not required to have windows however they are required to be painted to match the base or trim color of your home.  Garage doors can have short/long panels however they must be replaced with a similar style of garage door (no faux wood stlyes) found within the community.  If you are planing to install decorative hardware, you MUST obtain ACC approval prior to installing.  Replacement of garage doors following the approved guidelines do not require prior AC approval however it is suggested that you submit for review/approval so that costly mistakes are not made. 

The Architectural Committee has developed standards for replacement mailboxes as well as instalation of security mailboxes.  If you have any questions, please be sure to contact the property manager.  New construction does reqire review and approval.  

Architectural Change Submittal

This form MUST be filled out, submitted and received back as approved PRIOR to any exterior changes of your property, i.e. if the change can be seen from the street, you must submit for review/approval prior to work commencing.
