Board Meetings

HOA Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every other month at the community clubhouse on the NW corner of Juniper and Orchid.

 

Everyone is encouraged to attend each meeting. You can come and simply listen to the regularly discussed topics (management report, treasurers report, ACC issues), or you can speak about anything you like during the open session where residents can bring up issues/comments they would like to discuss.

 

PLEASE NOTE...Due to COVID-19 concerns, board meetings will be held via the Zoom App.  Information will be posted prior to each meeting along with meeting materials.  If you have any questions about how to attend a meeting via Zoom, please contact management.
