Board Meetings

HOA Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every other month at the community clubhouse on the NW corner of Juniper and Orchid.


Everyone is encouraged to attend each meeting. You can come and simply listen to the regularly discussed topics (management report, treasurers report, ACC issues), or you can speak about anything you like during the open session where residents can bring up issues/comments they would like to discuss.


February 20, 2020

April 16, 2020  As the COVD-19 outbreak is an ever-changing situation in different areas, the board of directors will hold the Arpil board meeting via telephone or video conferencing.  Until such time that meetings can be held in a traditional setting, future meetings may as well be by telephone or video conferencing


We will continue to notify our members with updated postings on the community’s website with regard to upcoming meetings and other community postings. 


Our hearts are with everyone effected by this and we express our gratitude for everyone’s adaptability and understanding throughout.


Meeting materials and conference information will be posted on this site 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.  Please feel free to contact management with any questions.
