DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS, THE CLUBHOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THE SAFETY OF OUR RESIDENTS IS A PRIORITY AND THERE IS THE INABILITY TO ENSURE THE CLUBHOUSE IS CLEANED ACCORDING TO ADHS STANDARDS AFTER EACH USE. THE BOARD WILL CONTINUE TO EVALUATE THE PRESENT CONCERNS AND HOPE TO OPEN THE CLUBHOUSE SOON.
As part of your association dues, you are entitled to reserve the community clubhouse for any personal event(s). The clubhouse has meeting tables and chairs, a pool table, ping pong table, fireplace, full kitchen, bathroom, and AC/Heating.
For details please contact our clubhouse manager or the property manager listed below. The clubhouse manager will take your reservation and refundable security deposit. Please download, print, and complete the clubhouse agreement form.
